How to delete your Omni Finance Academy account and what happens to your data.

Delete from inside the app

Sign in, go to Profile → Account → Delete account. Confirm the action; your account is queued for deletion immediately.

Delete by email

If you've lost access, email [email protected] from the email address on the account, with the subject line 'Delete my account'. We'll verify ownership and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

Your name, email, password hash, study progress, quiz history, flashcard reviews, notes, tutor chat history, and saved preferences are removed from production systems within 30 days. Backups are rotated and overwritten within 90 days.

What we have to keep

Invoices and payment receipts are retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and accounting law. These records contain transactional data (date, amount, plan) but are not used for any other purpose.

Subscriptions

Active subscriptions are cancelled at the time of deletion. Pro-rated refunds are not issued automatically — see our Refund Policy if you believe you're entitled to one.

Can I reactivate

Once deletion is processed it cannot be undone. You can create a new account with the same email at any time, but past progress will not be restored.
