Refund window
You can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
Usage threshold
Refunds are available as long as you have not completed more than 10% of the content for the level(s) you purchased. We measure this from your in-platform progress.
How to request
Email [email protected] with your account email and order ID. Refunds are processed within 7 business days back to the original payment method.
Exclusions
Bundle purchases and the Forever (lifetime) tier are non-refundable after 14 days regardless of usage. Free-tier access is not refundable as it is unpaid.
