Record a concrete question for each model layer

Write the current decision date, covered alternative and cash-flow perspective. Note whether a supplied value is gross or net and whether a reported tax effect is assumed immediately available. A short label alone can conceal these distinctions.

Connect findings to the source model

The sample flags a whole-project budget where ratio ranking should be checked against feasible subsets. Its reference points to a fictional case, not a real client file. Preserve confidentiality when adapting a review process to private records.

Keep completion of the sheet separate from validation

Filling every row does not prove the underlying assumptions. Retain the actual calculations and source evidence. The log is a study and review aid rather than a certification of commercial feasibility.
