Record proposal and baseline definitions

Before editing the sheet, describe what changes between the alternatives. The sample uses supplied after-tax operational and disposal amounts; it does not calculate actual tax obligations or infer a forecast.

Keep separate component columns

Inspect the fictional rows

The demonstration contains −600 at time zero, +300 at time one and +480 at time two. Its full balance release and disposal proceeds are explicit assumptions. Modify component values and the net sum together when creating another case.

Use the file as a record rather than an automatic valuation

The CSV stores values and does not recalculate or discount them. After editing, independently check each row’s sum and the resulting schedule. Dependencies and alternative branches belong in additional documented model structure.
