Begin with one original scenario
The CSV records a hypothetical long call: strike 100, premium per unit 6, terminal price 110 and terminal payoff per unit 10. Premium and scenario fields carry different date roles. The source is an original teaching input, not a market quote.
Name the intended measurement
Retain current valuation date, expiry label, quantity basis and whether an amount is premium, intrinsic, expiry settlement or simple profit. A number without its date role can migrate into the wrong equation.
Record omitted inputs honestly
The sample does not finance or discount the premium. If a later exercise asks for a time-T funded profit or current NPV, add the relevant rate and timing assumptions instead of silently changing the label.
Keep scenarios separate from probability estimates
A list of terminal-price examples does not supply scenario probabilities. The record is a reproducibility aid for payoff arithmetic and does not certify an option valuation or recommend an exercise decision.
