Use the planned output to define completion
The CSV records the week, available block, planned minutes, task and expected output. After the session, add completed minutes, the observed gap and the next action. The two demonstration rows can be replaced.
Use a concrete task
“Recall NPV timing and explain the time-zero term” gives a clearer output than “study quantitative methods.” A 45-minute block can be recorded as completed while its output remains unfinished; the next-action field preserves that distinction.
Compare the plan with actual capacity
At the end of the week, total your completed minutes and inspect unresolved tasks. Adjust the next plan to the time you actually had. The sheet contains no formula that predicts a pass result or certifies that a chosen hour target is sufficient.
