Candidate-preparation record checklist

A preparation record should distinguish official assessment facts from original learning allocations.

Name the intended assessment

Record programme, level, jurisdiction and administration. Similar credential names can refer to different regional routes or certificates. Use the specific authority’s current source rather than a generic label.

Keep edition and rule labels separate

Use evidence to choose the next task

A score alone does not show whether a problem came from knowledge, setup, execution or response focus. Retain the cause and choose a correction that addresses it.

Recheck changed facts

When a current source changes the relevant format or rule, update the affected preparation record. Keep the new source attached to the correction rather than treating a renamed old file as current.
