Record the source rather than only its filename
The editable CSV contains fields for programme/jurisdiction, administration, material edition, source address, applicable rule and unresolved difference. The sample is an original record structure with no personal data.
Distinguish the different year labels
The year of an administration, curriculum edition and tested tax rule can have different meanings. Keep each label in its own field instead of overwriting all of them with the current calendar year.
Retain corrections traceably
When a current official source changes a fact, record which note or practice assumption needs revision. A folder name does not establish that every included document was updated. Resolve the specific difference before relying on the material.
Use the checklist as a log
The download does not automatically check links or certify coverage. It preserves a reviewable record so a candidate can compare the appropriate official source with the actual preparation material.
