Record the actual source row
Enter the publisher, file URL or reference, dataset version and row identifier. A homepage name alone may not reproduce the factor used. The demonstration row is explicitly fictional and must not be presented as a real utility factor.
Keep numerator and denominator separate

Connect the factor with the activity record
Record which activity period and boundary it is used with. A valid source factor is not automatically valid for every period or reporting method. Leave an unresolved applicability question marked unresolved.
Use the CSV as a record
The file stores fields and does not validate a factor or calculate an inventory. Retain the actual source documentation and independently check any product you compute from it.
